This Product Information Advisory is to inform you that Part Number RA119005 (Engine-mounted potentiometer) is no longer available for a service replacement part. RA119005 is being replaced by R119005A. If you are replacing a RA119005 with an R119005A (See illustrations below), an ECM calibration update is required for the system to properly function. Failure to update the calibration will result in false trouble codes and an inoperable throttle. Mounting and electrical connections are the same. NOTE: If you require a calibration update, please contact Pleasurecraft Engine Group service and warranty at 1-803- 345-1337 so we can supply you with the correct calibration for your application. Please have engine model and serial number available when contacting us. If the current ECM checksum can also be provided, that will help speed up the process. IMPORTANT: If you are replacing an R119005A with an R119005A (See illustrations below), NO calibration update is required.
